We are always ready to help our customers. You can cancel your ordered products in following conditions:
- If you have received an expired dated product.
- If your product is damaged or broken.
- If your ordered product is getting too late.
- If your address is changed.
Returned product is not acceptable if:
- Used products.
- If a mono carton or label is missing.
- If a Return request is generated after two days.
How is the return processed?
- When you make a return request within 4 to 7 days our courier partner will come and after physical inspection of the product your product will be returned.
- Kindly note that if reverse return is not possible at your location, then you have self-ship your product.
How was the refund initiated?
- Once your product is received, it is checked by our quality team for some quality checks, after a green signal from the quality team, your refund process is initiated. Within seven working days your refund is completed into your given account number.
